  It is a Junction Railway Station between Mumbra and Kopar that is situated in Maharashtra State, in India. It was opened in 1877. This is a major junction in the Central Railway of Mumbai. One end of the Asia's one time third largest Parsik tunnel (1.3 km) built during the British Rule (1916) in India ends at Diva. The east part of Diva station is Sabe and west is Diva. It is provides access to north, western railway to DIVA-VASAI and also towards Konkan railway a DIVA- PANVEL-ROHA-towards Konkan railway. As of now there are 8 platforms in this station.

  All Konkani Malvani people stays in Diva. It's good that the fast train halts here, plus platform has increased People should use FOB to cross the railway line.

  Main station in central railway line but not well maintained by government,need more attention for development.many accident happening from last five to six years because of no bridges and well managed system from railway station bridge connection.need to close overpassing from railway line.peoples usually use cross railway line and losses life.mamy peoples use to climb on railway between gap of two boggies and travel to cstm because of rush.railway must start railway from diva to cstm like western railway line to avoid accident.

  Major Railway station between Mumbra and Kopar on the Central Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. Also the diversion towards Panvel starts from here.
