  The worst outlet of dominos. I placed an home delivery order. Firstly they confirmed my order and after 20 mints the delivery boy calls and refused to deliver at my place and he asks me to come to the main market for taking the order. When i called the branch, they and the delivery boy both talked with me in a very bad manner. They gave me lame excuses for ex. "If they will deliver at my place then other people will also see the dominos bike and they will also place the order". Like seriouslly, this was the excuse they gave to me. Many times before THEY HAVE DELIVERED AT MY PLACE. so i just don't know what was the point of refusing to deliver at my place when you have earlier done many deliveries at my place. And if you can't deliver then why you have confirmed the order. You should have said no at that time when i was placing the order. And why are you changing the place as per your convenience. First of all you have delivered many times at my place and now you are refusing to deliver. What kind of hypocrisy is this? And also you are talking to me as a fake manager that too in a very bad manner. What kind of customer service is this? I have given one star only because of the manager. That person apologized to me and communicated in a decent manner. He rectified the mistake making sure that they deliver at my place. So one star is only for that and the food otherwise dominos has ruined its reputation. I am an old customer since years. If this is going to be the behaviour. Then surely dominos will be loosing customers.

  Taste of the food is as usual.. Its good... But restaurant is not kept clean.and don't try their toilets. Its in a horrible state.

  One of the better Dominos Pizza outlet situated at Gwalior City. The staff is very polite in nature and well mannered as well. The place is very well maintained with clean floors, clean washroom, nice ambience, hygienic kitchen. The owner is also courteous in nature. The order delivery is quick and staff is also very responsive.
