::Pleasant atmosphere but I feel the service could be faster (staff are a little slow and the toilet wasn't good, the toilet paper was missing and the seat was broken) but over all it was good and the food was decent.

::Certainly the choice of menu is restricted compared to it's counterparts in the Western world. But the taste is good - as good as you would get anywhere else. The seating layout seems to have been done rather haphazardly. Or, maybe, it's the customers who have made it so. The store manager needs to keep an eye on this. Once your order is ready to be served, expect your name to be called out loud - like it's being auctioned. Staff would sure do well to remember the name and face. Never have ordered online for home delivery as I live a bit out of town. So I have no idea as to their plus and minuses there.

::Pizza is good like any other Domino's, but service is poor. It takes a long time to get your pizza & by long time I mean min half hour & that too when there is no crowd or otherwise u may have to wait for 1 hr. Last I was there they took nearly 45 min for my order as the staff gave me wrong items. Yes u have to be careful otherwise u will get some other item from some one else's order. They mix up orders too. So good luck people!!!

::Domino's pizza did not consider my order for second time to viratipathu near theni main road. Just cos it doesn't comes under 8 minutes distance. I am very sure it comes under 10 minutes. The way they said is very disappointing . If they asked for extra delivery charge I was ready to give. Just cos of 2 mins extra distance they are not giving respect to the customer.

::I decided to order a couple of pizzas for dinner on a cold night. I ordered online as I always do and once my order was being made I called the store to give delivery instructions. The front of my house is not accessible due to a previous owner’s dispute with a neighbor (long story.) We have to use the alley which is accessed from another road. When I called, the lady was polite and took my instructions. I like Domino’s for many reasons, but the tracker comes in handy for my situation. I only live 1.1 miles from the store so when I see the pizza is "out for delivery" I know that the driver should be at my back door within 7 minutes. Such was the case this time. My pizzas were delicious and delivered hot. It never fails though if I fail to call them my pizzas are always cold because the driver looks diligently for my house and ends up calling me about 15 min later and the pizzas are cold by then. I’ve ordered from this Domino’s for 5 years now and some drivers have learned this about my home, but drivers don't stay for long as I live in a college town and they move on. When everything goes correctly on their part and on mine, I never have a complaint. I'm grateful for delivery on cold days and try to tip my driver well. I’ve never had an issue with my card being billed double or any hacking issues. I trust this Domino’s!
