  Iconic place for the localites. One of the Strongholds of Ambedkarite Movement in Mumbai suburbs. On eve of birth anniversary of great social reformer Dr Ambedkar on 14 April, the Ambedkarite followers from the nearby localities gather and pay homage to him. The location was originally a modest place which was revamped into a beautiful structure. It's an important landmark in Subhash Tekdi locality. There is a small market and a police chowki near the place. The rickshaw stand at the Chowk is one of the few public transport available in the locality.
