  The lady at this collection is quite lazy. You will find her in the adjacent Idea Office. She made me visit the lab thrice to get my blood sample report first time saying report has not arrived/printing not possible. Leaving the lady aside the collection center works just fine and rest of the staff is nice and friendly. They are helpful and even registered my complaint of the lady.
