  Nice Metro station. it's historical also for me. specious neat and clean area. well secured. light is enough Decoration is nice and attractive. Public toilates available here. it's usable clean. over all impression is good

  I think this Esplanade Metro Rail Station is 2nd busiest metro station in Kolkata. Esplanade Metro is situated at the main junction of Dharmatala, as well as the mid point of Kolkata. Maximum West Bengal Government Offices are situated in this area for which this metro is very helpful for government employees. Neat and clean station but very noisy area.

  The area of Esplanade metro station is also famous as Dharmatala.This is centre point north and south of Kolkata and is also directly connected.It is the busiest place from every side.Though as mid night conveyance taxi service was least. Now probably the government of West Bengal has started mid-night bus service.

  This metro station is famous for its clothing market and accessories of mobiles , tab , laptop etc . Various types of food stalls are also present out side this metro station. You can get clothes here at very cheap rate .This metro station is too crowded as compared to others.

  Good metro Station. Connectivity is superb. Just outside buses for Durgapur and Siliguri are available.
