  Departmental store... With variety of items placed in an organized manner.. At times, billing process takes too much time, specially when it gets a bit crowdy.. Discounts on different items is often very low or negligible... From the perspective of a common middle class man, the clever step of charging every time for the carry bag is definitely not a welcome step ..

  You get most of the required groceries but service is “very poor”. Aisle are congested and re-stocking is done during normal hours with boxes lying open all around the aisle. NO Queues/line for paying at counter, pretty haphazard and unorganized. Management should arrange counters/registers in such a way that people easily moves around in line.
