::We usually go other hotels, First time we had dinner at Madurai Pandian Hotel. We felt like a 5 star hotel taste, elegant food menu and colorful desserts. Everyone loved the food and the birthday cake was amazing, really got surprised. Chef Gajendran did a wonderful job with the event and people walk away asking about the food.

::Service very very poor. Staff does not attend to you at the restaurant. Food does not get refilled on time during buffet. Quality of food not up to the mark (Seems like the chef does not taste food before it is served). Only one restaurant catering to Room Service and the people who eat at the same. Restaurant staff do not seem to know what they are doing.

::Its a elegant place with perfect structure and pleasant ambiance.... They provide best customer care and follow rules that adds safety to the customers... Food here is delicious, comfortable rooms that are super clean... Good place to stay in and spend time relaxing around . I really loved the stay there.

::Reasonably pleasant hotel in a fairly central location. The restaurant is ok with pretty extensive and comprehensive breakfast lunch and dinner buffets. The hotel is undergoing renovation (2018). The renovated rooms are really nice and smart but the un-renovated much less so.
