::Due to hard water and deposit of minerals, the flush starts leaking. Water flows unabated. Twice in the past, on booking complaint on toll free number technicians were sent promptly for servicing. This time, I have registered complaint on 7th December, 2017. Today is 14th and nobody has turned up as yet. Not expected such poor service from a highly professional company like geberit.

::Have been calling them repeatedly for service of a one year old flush which developed leakage. When I call the third time I am informed they have not registered the complaint itself. It’s over two hours and the technician has not yet called.
