::Worst Experience. Worst Service. The Main Issue Was " Air-Conditioner " Not Working. I Was Travelling From " Bhopal " To " Delhi " Since The Bus Crossed The " Gwalior " City. I Mean, How It Can Be, When The Bus Is Meant To Be Fully " Air-Conditioned". The One Who Has To Travel A Long Distance ( Around 13-15 Hours Journey ), How They Gonna Survive In This Worst Condition. There Is Not Even A Single Source Of Air In The Bus, So That Passengers Can Atleast Manage Their Hactic Journey. I Mean, They Also Have No Other Alternate For This Problem. Please Look Into This Matter & Have Atleast Other Alternate Ready Before Running The Fully Packed Air Transport To Such A Long Distance. Those Who Are Looking For This Service, Please Have Another Option Rather Than Repent It Later.

::The worst experience ever. First of all, it's pretty difficult to find. Secondly, when we came in and asked when our bus is coming (cause it was late), owner started talking in his own language, gave a ticket to a lady and she went somewhere, no one explained us what's happened - we waited for 30mins for her to return, while the owner kept shouting at us since we asked when is she coming and why did she leave with our ticket (she came back with a ripped one in half). He spit on us as well. When the bus finally came (2hrs later), someone took one bed so we got only one sleeper, even I paid for two. Guys, try different agencies and avoid this one!

::Very bad service when I was trevel from indore to delhi.. The bus driver intentionally off the ac during journey.. When all trevelaer forcing for on the ac he told that ac not working and also stop the charging point in bus.. So don't like five a single star bcoz their was no technical issue its due to drivers want to save fuel.. So plz all of u i requesting to don't use hans trevel for any journey..
