  Customers need to stand and fill forms. Even that space is ridiculously small. Wait in line to get a simple form is 20 mins!!! Review for branch only. HDFC bank is otherwise great.

  Absolutely horrible experience both on weekdays as well as Saturdays. Long queues, non-co-operative staff..... And more so...even HDFC Bank's tele-IVRS is also absolutely pathetic. NO response on emails also.... Big mistake to open account in this bank. This doesnt even one star actually
