  None of the Maruti Suzuki Authorized Service Stations in Kashmir is worth having Maruti Suzuki authorization...They shud unauthorize them all, as they are giving bad experience to most of their customers..Their Service Centre staff is nil skillful..!! I as well as most of the certified customers are having bad experience from each and every Maruti Suzuki Authorized Service Centre in Kashmir Valley..They are giving bad name to one of the most renowed Automobile Company!...They just loot customers hard earned money and give nil satifactory service !:(

  Very easy to reach location(3 minutes walking distance from Radio Kashmir/Zero Bridge), staff is cordial and you get regular prompt response about your queries. I have been here more than once and never received bad service. Book your car, refresh your dreams. Have a nice day

  Very bad experience from Highland. These MF take ages to deliver a car and they dont have spare accessories. Dont buy a car from them. They are big liars
