  Decent hotel,suitably located,awesome exteriors and comfy rooms,courteous and professional staff. Overall the hotel will pamper you . Has a rooftop pool,a decent pub and a restaurant with live musical performances. The items are slightly overpriced but it's justified considering the ambience and quality. During my stay I faced no major problems and any small issue was swiftly and professionally resolved by the management. I would have given it a five star but am holding back to four because of cost efficiency factors.

  Please read my review very carefully. This is especially for the owner to read. I am a medical personnel. I visited this hotel in the second week of may 18. We were waiting for the baarat to come and I requested the Manager on the reception to provide me with a glass of plain drinking water. His desk was just next to me. Thrice waiter came and offered me chilled water, the manager Mr Vijay sitting next to me could hear me asking again and again but to my surprise behaved as if he has not heard me after this when I insisted politely that I need plain water he very indifferently asked one lady to bring tap water from RO filter which again was chilled. I had to literally leave the place and go out to some other restaurant to procure plain water. First of all they should learn to smile to receive people as their guest, understand their demand. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE SIMPLE PLAIN WATER FOR DRINKING, DONT EXPECT THAT PEOPLE WILL BE IMPRESSED BY YOUR DECORATIONS, AT LEAST I AM NOT.

  Awesome hotel... We was for 1 day stay over here. Staff is responsive. Very top class rooms. Hot water. Hair dryer in washroom. Glass washroom makes you feel pleasent. Dedicated air conditioning cerntalize to each room. Clean room. Room interiors was awesome.... Worth your money...

  Nice family hotel. Good for small functions. Food is good. Liked the complimentary breakfast.
