  I went there today for the first time and had very bad experience from the receptionist there. As I was going there for the first time I was not aware of the OP timing. I tried to open the front door but it was locked. I saw several chappals lying outside so I again tried to open the door as I knew that there were patients inside. I waited there for sometime and thought I will phone them and enquire. I could hear the phone ringing but they were not attending. I saw one person coming through a passage where a board "toilet" was hanging. He told me they had locked the front door as the OP time was over and said you can get inside through that side door. When I went inside I was shocked to see that the receptionist was watching me trying to open the door. She could see me clearly as it was a transparent black glass door from inside and opaque from outside. She did not have the basic manners to come and tell me that it is closed instead she was enjoying me knocking at the door like a fool. Is this the way to behave with patients who are coming there for the first time and not aware of the OP timings. When I asked there when can I see the doctor she was looking at me very rudely as if I have come to kill her mother and shouted. I felt very humiliated and disappointed as I never in my life had such a bad experience from any homeopathic clinics in the city. At least they could keep a board saying "OP is closed" outside the door when the OP timings are over. It is such a shame that the authorities of this homeo clinic do not have even the basic manners.
