  A little far from the railway station. Price is also little high. Though rooms and services are good.

  Hotel Dutt Residency is very good place. We a group visited there at and enjoyed a lot. Their services are good. Their lady Assistant manager is having a joyful personality, as we are a group of ladies , enjoyed a lunch party .

  The hotel staff and the management are helpful and curtious. Easy chek in and check out. Early check in is allowed without any extra cost provided the hotel is not fully booked . The rooms and bathrooms are neat , clean and spacious . AC and non AC rooms are available with prompt room service. Breakfast is included in room tarrif. Hotel has its own restaurant which serves veg and non veg dishes. The location of the hotel is another plus point, near to railway station, bus stand and other main places of the city.

  1) Untrained and irresponsible room service. In a double bed room, they provided two mattresses of different height which left a very uncomfortable bump on the bed. The hotel simply declined help stating that don't have a matching mattress available right then. 2) No ext. number as a single point of contact. You will be passed one number after another to call to, for resolving an issue. 3) Gysers doesn't works, bed sheets not changed for two days despite multiple chases, Bathrooms never cleaned. 4) A person named some "Mishra" is ill behaved and irresponsible to call the least. An absolute "NO" if you go by my experience.
