  Room was excellent, big, neat and clean. Room service, maintenance is top class. Staffs are friendly. I recommend this if someone is looking for mid range family friendly hotels and if view is not important. Only think I didnt like was food. Price is really high compared to other hotels. But more importantly tastes are horrible. Breakfast items were also poor.

  Hotel is good. Food is also nice However, location is far off and also mid of residences. Dining hall is on fifth floor and most of the time during our stay lifts were out of order.

  Good rooms. Carpet was not so clean. Weird concept of bathrooms with Windows opening to the room. As otherwise, food and service was good.

  One of the best chain hotels in Kashmir. This is my 3rd visit to their hotels. The location of Srinagar hotel is not good but once you are in the Hotel, you will enjoy their hospitality. Pahalgam Hotel has very good view and food is equally good.
