  It's under construction when I stayed here in February 2015., the room & other facilities are good, very near to Metro Rail

  Worst service and the most dishonest hotel. I requested a taxi pick up from the airport. I confirmed it 3 times, each time they said "ok no problem" over the phone and via email. The taxi never showed up leaving us scramble at 1am in Delhi airport. We couldn't even check into the hotel that night, because even though the hotel was open all the roads were closed. The hotel failed to mention that. We had to scramble to find a place to stay in an unfamiliar city at 1am. Finally when we checked in the next day: There were blood stains on the bedsheets. There were roaches in the room. "oh yes, we have a hotel restaurant" they say. The restaurant is so run down looks like if you eat there you will die of some disease. "yes, we have wifi" they say. The WIFI never worked for more than a few minutes at a time in a day. It keeps on cutting in and out even when you are in the lobby. "yes, we have pool" you do NOT want to swim in that pool. "yes, there is a phone in the room" the phone cannot be used to dial anywhere but the lobby. "yes, we have air conditioning" the AC wasn't even cold. Our room was NEVER cleaned out of the 2 weeks we stayed there. They never even gave us fresh towels. The receptionist tried to rip us off with the hotel taxi giving us a price that was too high, when I said no he tried lowering the price and haggling with us. Before we left we had to pay some weird charge for food we never ordered. and a 10% service charge. Service charge for WHAT- the room was never cleaned, our taxi never showed up to pick us up. After we told them how angry we were, the receptionist decided to revert the 10% service charge and demanded us for TIPPING him for it. The guy had the balls to ask for a TIP after trying to rip us off. This is the WORST and the MOST DISHONEST hotel I have ever stayed in. I felt I could trust no one and constantly worrying if something will get stolen from my room or somehow get ripped off. DON'T STAY HERE.

  Rates given on tariff card are fake they charge double the tariff....
