  Hotel management is too cooperative.. service level is very good... Always a quick response for any customer requirement... Inhouse restaurant... Only one missing thing is building infrastructure, rooms require a remake very badly, with plumbing work... Very near to Golden temple, Jaliawala Bagh.. You can roam around the area and enjoy till 12 am...

  I have been visiting this place since my childhood and till now ut hasn't changed.. still the same care, importance and love we get here but only us, it is same for everyone bcoz they believe in "all are 1". So what they are famous for. I love it everytime i visit amritsar and stay here only..

  Very nice hotel with great support and service . And the geological position of this hotel is even better. Its just beside the golden temple and also 4-5 mins walking distance from jallianwalabagh.

  Hotel SITA NIWAS is worst n dirtiest hotel.no ventilation dirtiest toilets.even owner of hotel is misbehaved. Travelers should stay away from this hotel.
