  Only used the restaurant of the hotel few days at a stretch. Polite staff, very good service. Food was also tasty.

  Good place with good ambience but very bad food restaurant's. Buffet restaurant food quality is bad. Aqua is a disaster.

  Hotel is located at the heart of the city and is so close to all of the amenities that an individual wants !! The hotel staff is very cultures and behaved. As soon as you enter you'll be welcomed with a welcome drink and it's really refreshing and set your mood for the day or even the night !! Check in reception counter is nicely placed with supporting staff. Rooms are nice and provide a lush rich ambience with a good amount of harmony. Food is really nice and travel desk can arrange for your trip in a jiffy !! The hotel has different genre of restaurants and bar as well with a good ambience. Kudos Team Swosti Grand for making my stay safe and happy !! 👍

  It is the best hotel....I have ever visited. I actually went to attend the new year eve party! The food was delicious and the light music with ghazals we're heart taking and mind blowing! They also provided us with cold drinks and black salt! The waiters were very polite to us!! I would like to visit there again.
