  The largest indoor sports stadium in India and the third largest in Asia. Located in the Eastern region of New Delhi. Built in 1982 in order to host the indoor games events in 1982 Asian Games. Many a times I have visited this stadium and really it was pleasure for me. Stadium is truly of world class.. Accessible through IP metro station. Either walk or catch e-rickshaw to reach there. Parking is a huge problem. Also don't carry bag(s) with you. It is not permitted to take bag(s) inside and there is no storage room available. Good stadium . Its a major attraction in 2010 common wealth games. Near by location is very good. Its near to Delhi sectriate. Place is spread in area of more than 1 km... Following by more than 15 gates to enter... I am here to attend a seminar by vivek bindra on 15 th April... I entered through gate no 12..after entering there is security check, where youvhave to show your id card.. Then you came across football, wrestling and basketball ball court.... Indoor stadium is fully air conditioning with clean washroom..., Overall i like the management who take care this stadium.

  Infra was good. I was there to attend vivek Bindra seminar. There were many gates in stadium. Good one

  One of the best indoor stadium.. Spacious, well maintained, fully ac.. Best for games and indoor programme.
