  I've give this only 3 because it's interior and facilities. It's a typical old single screen cinema. And you should adapt changes to cope up with time. As times changes you should also change. I suggest you to visit some other cinema to enjoy you movie experience(Meher is 1st best single screen cinema of Agra, second one is Shree near Bhagwan Talkies).   There is zenub export just opposite to this place where you can find exceptionally nice handcrafted material. Mubashir is a very nice guy over there..
