  काली पलटन मन्दिर मेरठ का सबसे प्राचीन शिव मन्दिर है जिसका अपना खास एतिहासिक महत्व प्रथम स्वतत्रता संग्राम १० मई १८५७ की घटना के कारण है। काली पलटन मन्दिर मे स्वतः निर्मित शिवलिंग है जिसकी पूजा अर्चना अंग्रेजो के समय से की जा रही है। मन्दिर मे भारतीय सिपाहियों के पूजा करने , मन्दिर के कुए का उपयोग करने के कारण और मन्दिर का भारतीय सिपाहियों के निकट होने के कारण यह शिव मन्दिर काली पलटन के नाम से प्रसिद्ध हुआ क्योकि अंग्रेज अधिकारी भारतीय सिपाहियों को ब्लैक आर्मी "Black Army" यानि काली पलटन के नाम से बुलाते थे ।

  राधे राधे Kali Paltan Mandir of meerut is the oldest temple which has self manifested "shiv linga" with divine power .There are seprate mandir of shiv parvati radhe krishna & mata rani .Shaheed smarak is other crown of this temple.Spiritualally peaceful environment with divine power.Radhe krishna mandir is superb and most beautiful as if we are really with Radhe Krishna. राधे राधे
