  One of the unique chat shop that I have ever visited. Especially the Dahi Wada they are serving is unique and delicious. Recommended to everyone to visit this place atleast once.

  Doesn't my plate looks colorful and tempting. These are the Chillas and Dahi Bhallas from very famous Calcutti Chaat near Secretariat, Jaipur. They serve palatable Chillas(made using gram flour and Semolina here called 'sooji') with Red Chilli Chutney, Coriander Chutney, sweet and sour Imli Chutney (Tamarind sauce), plain curd, sweet n salty curd and off course their Special Kidney beans and Chickpeas mix. Calcutti chaat is also well known for their tangy tempting Dahi Bhallas. They serve so much happiness in a single plate, loads of deep fried balls made from batter of urad dal (split and dehusked black gram lentils), mixture of fried Kidney beans and Chickpeas, Tamarind sauce, curd and Coriander Chutney. If you wanna enjoy this piquant & crispy soft Dahi Bhallas and Chillas, visit this place.
