  GTA IV in the big one but there are no airplanes land here but it is closer from 2 years there are known as aeroplanes 9 years and nothing to say that I say about it direct communication airport nothing here.

  History Edit Spread over 152 acres, Kota Airport was originally built by the Royal family of the princely state of Kota and was taken over by the government in 1951. Originally serviced by Indian Airlines Dakota aircraft and later by Vayudoot and Jagson Airlines, shutdown of major industries and Kota becoming a major railway junction led to demand for air travel decreasing, prompting the airlines to stop their services.[1] Current status Edit Since 1997, there have been no scheduled operations at this airport,[2] though there has been talk of Air India starting flights to Mumbai and Delhi.[3] The last airline to fly to Kota was Vayudoot. In 2005, it was reported that Airports Authority of India, which maintains the airport spends Rs. 6.3 million annually on maintenance, whereas the income is Rs. 600,000, while six acres of the airports property has been encroached upon by slums.[1] Chief minister Vasundhara Raje on 18 August 2017 inaugurated a direct commercial flight service between Kota, known as country’s coaching capital, and state capital Jaipur. A nine-seater aircraft completed the inaugural run between the two destinations.

  Government will to make it full functional airport is really very low.. if their are constrains to increase the runway lenght, then why the state government is not taking any initiative to allot land for a Greenfield airport and send the proposal to the ministry of civil aviation of India..
