  This is not "Kotwal Park", but known as Bengali Colony Park,since colony Plots Distributed by Seth Narsingh Das. Anf the Whole Area is Known as " Narsingh Nagar. This was taken up with Google earlier and then Approved by Google. I am living nearby this place. Kids can not play here, as ground is uneven with rubbish deposited on it. Moreover this ground is rented by political leaders,to whom this public ground has official charge. They earn unauthorised money by this way. Please modify with correct popular name as "Bengali Colony Park". Thanks.

  Under construction since 10 years I think.. government Job after all .. it sucks
