  Sry for even the 1 star they dnt even deserve it. The worst place hv ever been to in my lyf not good accomodations facilitues instead of me being a member of the club I wld advise u not to go as it is a wastage of tym and money apart frm food nthings gud. No attendants at d reception, I hd to wait for around 2 hrs for a pre booked room

  Nice resort to spend good time with friends and family. The place is huge, have pool, in house DJ, food is also good along with the service.

  Actually this hotel does not deserve even one star. The structure of the hotel and swimming area is beautiful but thats all there is to it. Apart from outer appearance , everything is in a mess. First the reception people are most unprofessional. When we booked online they promised complimentary breakfast, free WI-FI etc ..but its all a hoax. The dining hall people were so insulting and mannerless. We had booked a room for three online but they made us pay for one breakfast every morning. Sourav Mandal, Arub Nag, Joy Pahadi etc were not at all helpful. The walls and rooms are shabby. They seem to be in great need of renovation. The bedroom is smelly and linen were full of bed bugs!! Actually I wanted the contact details of either the owner of this residency or the head manager which they failed to provide. I would like to request and advice the Management that if you want your business to flourish, pls do hire trained staffs or provide special training for them. We talked to Ravi Kumar, the manager but all he said was the hotel has no maintenance and all the staffs ran away recently so these staffs are all new and dont know anything! We really had the most terrible experience in the Lake land country Club hotel. What a waste! I strongly DON'T recommend this hotel to anyone. Please dont go there...
