::Extremely rude staff at enquiry counter. No separate ladies toilet or waiting room, and I was harassed while waiting for my late train in the general room. They need better security here but no one seems to care. Hardly any concessions - not even bottled water available after 7 pm.

::Very nice Suratgarh junction. I want to say thanks Indian railways. Here all facilities available for tourists. Very nice location. It is one of the importance station of Rajasthan. We called peancea of Rajasthan. It is important station between Bikaner and Bathinda & Punjab and Rajasthan.... I feel very happy this palace.
