  Great infrastructure with spacious rooms for commercial purposes . The location of Malankara Avenue is very good as all the necessary facilities are available nearby and is easily accessible by public transportation. A well arranged parking space is available with round the clock security service.

  It's heart of the city. I am engaged in a part time assignment with Max Life Insurance, Fourth floor, Malankara Avenue.

  The building houses many offices. The ground floor, first floor and the second floor are occupied by 'Unlimited' clothes and dress store. There is an office of HDFC Ergo general insurance on the third floor. Max New York Life Insurance company operates on the fourth floor. The fifth and final floor was still open to lease when I was there. There is a parking area to the front of the building as well as on the two underground levels. Elevators are available from the underground levels too.
