  Such a worst experience with this Tata showroom while my car 1st service itself. The workers at service section are not at all caring about the customer grivences and they are not even ready to listen about the vehicle complaints. The employees working at service section are not at all listening to our requirements and as if they are behaving like they are doing favour to us. Worst experience to me.

  Very pathetic experience..wasted whole day. They had informed that car is ready in the morning and all the way i travelled for 1 hour to waste my whole day. i received the car in the evening and they took it three days to service. Service is good in terms of car but customer experience and handling is very very pathetic

  Do not go here for car service. They loot customers unnecessarily through complex and unwanted solutions. I have personally been cheated by this showroom. I do not recommend their service at all.
