  Best Library in Bhopal. Huge Infrastructure and collection of Books. Nominal charge of Rs 1500 a year,out of which Rs 1000 is caution money. You may get 2 books to take away, and also may bring your books to read. Besides, library also conducts various workshop and course for state and central civil services.
