  Basically when the people like to stay or eat out of the home, first they expect the good services, quality products and satisfaction because of this the classification systems is introduced to in hotel and restaurant Industry. Most of the people they like to stay and eat at quality and luxury hotels and restaurants, because they like to keep their high range so this classification system is most useful to find the highest range of hotels and restaurants also........   We went to the "dhaba" there and the table where we were seated was dirty. There was food lying under it. The switchboard had no regulators for fans. We asked for regular water and we were given an OPENED and used mineral water bottle which was battered and it looked like someone played football with it. Not at all acceptable from a 5 star hotel. We had to literally get up and call the staff to attend us. We were given loose printed pages as a "menu".Also they didn't have any premium whiskey or rum which the people with me wanted. Very disappointed. We just got up and went to the Chinese restaurant which was much better. And the best part? It wasn't even on new year's Eve so there was barely any rush. I've been here before and this was probably the worst experience I've had. Will post pictures and videos of this experience soon

  One of the best hotels to stay in Bhubaneshwar. Excellent service, very courteous staff and great food. Extremely beautiful ambience.
