  WORST CAB RIDE EVER! Book only if you want to miss your flight or to be left stranded on the highway. I had to call the police when our cab was stopped in the middle of nowhere last time I booked this cab service. Me and my wife booked a cab from mink cabs last week and we were told to pay 1400 for a sedan for airport drop from Bhilai. But we were sent a hatchback and when i confronted the owner he rudely asked us to either pay the same amount or pay nothing. I told him we will pay the full amount but will never book a cab from him again. While we were on our way to the airport, one of my friends wrote a negative review here. The owner saw it immediately and asked the driver to stop the cab midway. I requested the owner multiple times to suggest a solution but he said I might post a negative review after reaching airport so he won't let the cab go. Eventually we had to call the POLICE and only after 2 police vehicles arrived and interfered we were able to leave for airport. Had we not left early, we would have surely missed our flight. I felt as if I was being blackmailed and felt really helpless for those 30-40 mins until the police arrived and helped us. I have been using this cab service for last couple of years and never had any complaints, but this experience left me in shock.
