  it's very bad experience with from mochi. when I went to purchase the shoe they promised me if there is any problem they can replace the shoe which I spent 3000/- rs. for the same. after 3 or 4 days only there were smell coming from the shoes that my shoes is Smelling, so I called in vileparle branch from where I had brought it than I spoke to Farukh khan. who told me that will take it back and will check what's the problem ( on 14th Nov'17) in the shoes and after giving my shoes back to them I waited for 15 days but after that also they didn't reverted back to me. on 29th I want personally to the mochi shop and Mr. Sarfaraz khan & Farukh shikh replied that your shoes not yet come we are still checking with a our customer care team. nowyou wait for 1 week more than will call you as we can't replace your shoes also can't give your money back.. being so Big brand on which people trust so much you can't do this . As expected Great service from you guys. very Disappointed with the service what you have given me. Would never want to come back!!

  All shoes are rexin. While selling they say it is leather. When it tears, you find out that it is rexin. They call it micro leather. Never buy
