::Now let’s dig into a few of the stories of legend that make Scottish whisky what it is today. The first course included the flavours typical of Delhi Chaat. A selection of pakoras served up with Tom Price Collins.The combination of spice from the pakoras, the sweetness from the cocktail is a pretty good one. The second course combined the famous Singleton in an interesting avatar along with Delhi ki Chaat. The spicy and tang of flavours combined with the fresh yet sweet flavours from the mango marmalade based cocktail acts as a beautiful consortium of flavours
