A place that connects people. Relatively well maintained. Foot over bridges could be maintained a bit better. Train timings in the morning around 10am are too tight that these bridges are overloaded and unable to move an inch. Number platforms are to be increased to 12. Good WiFi speed [Google].

Should focus more on cleanliness, perhaps people should also be made aware of following the rules and regulations. Cleanliness is not only task of railway station but also of the people using the services of it. Apart from that they should also work on providing good and hygienic food options.

Nice & clean station. I liked this station now only. When I saw it a year ago it was very dirty but now it's very good. Now it is very clean and well managed station. Thanks to management of this station to keep this station clean. Very good to see that you are using modern machines for cleaning. Very good keep it up.

Just another average Indian railway station. It was built around a well planned historic station but the size of the station is too small for the present huge city of Pune. It's a miracle that it is still not defunct. At peak hours it is difficult to make your way through the footbridge. Only one escalator is provided that too remains out of service for most part of the year. If you enter from underpass you are welcomed by the unbearable foul smell. Parking lot is always overbooked. The northern exit has no ramp and the only way in or out from the northern gate is through a narrow footbridge. I shudder at the thought of the tragedy that could happen in case of fire or minor earthquake. What else can you expect from a corrupt system? Feeling sad.
