  Free Wi-Fi ,good food service stores ,clean . But the thing to congrats the railway station administrator is it runs on renewable source of energy( soar power) completely

  Lack of security. Base camp for homeless people. Good WiFi and ticket counters. The elevator scam by officials is bad. The luggage scanning police are always asleep.

  Good but still toilets are the little issues of here. But very well and good canteen. I like to have to eat before or after journey here always. Its having clean platform. And also wifi is available where you can use it for time passed before the train came or if train get late.

  Clean railway station located in the heart of the city equidistant from almost all directions. Can catch many long-distance trains heading to almost all parts of the country, hence, good connectivity. Seven platforms with one platform named 6A at the very end and is sometimes a bit difficult to find if you are in a rush since many trains that originate from Pune depart from this platform. Two footbridges suitably placed and wide enough to accommodate large crowds. Vast number of amenities are available at the railway station but generally located around Platform No. 1. The railway station has good connectivity and has a pick-up point for Cab services (Ola, UBER, etc.). Opposite the railway station a wide range of eateries are available as well as city bus services. Sassoon Hospital is located within walking distance from the railway station.
