  Very good and systematic arrangements available at Raipur railway reservation counter.Its a separate 2 floor Deep red color building, ground floor is specially for reservation and 1st floor having AC Dormatery. It's near to the two wheeler parking and another side Hotel cafeteria of Platform.Its good and away from daily passenger.quite place.

  Best organised office. Token No is given hence no que crowded. Very good waiting hall. Seperate counter for Senior citizens.

  Lazy work, As Raipur is a Capital of Chhattisgarh, and have big population too, there about half of the counters get closed manytime, Raipur is listed in list of smart city but need More n more improvement in service of reservation counter . Please increase counter as well as staff. Thank you

  If you want tatkal ticket, stand here from 5 a.m. and you will not get ticket at 8 because all tickets are reserved by dalal.
