  Good place for peace Jogging place U can spend a time alone peacefully here Because only local demu train passed. So this place is not crowded so much...

  A small station on indore-mhow section, which will become a junction in future after the completion of Rau-pithampur-dhar-jhabua-dahod new line . As of now, trains like rewa-mhow express should be given a halt here, will be useful.

  Railway Station, Rau has a good infrastructure. Well constructed administrative building, platforms. However, due to mismanagement it not up to the mark. 1. Platforms are not being cleaned. Only main office and its front found cleaned. 2. Pets and animals may be seen all times on platforms. 3. Foot over bridge is not built with planning. Residents of Saray Ward have no option to go without entering platforms. 4. Toilets attached to main building always locked. Passengers could not use. 5. Drainage built in station promises always chocked. 6. All time unauthorized people without ticket may be found on station. 7. No regular announcements about trains status. 8. Station is being used as yard, many trains I.e. overnight express, intercity express may be seen stationery.
