  This is gent's and woman's gym .there is a trainer .he has good behaviour and he trained also good. And fee is also low only 400.

  Exercise means discipline...यहाँ आ के देखिएगा discipline कैसे maintain होता है। यहाँ के instructor and owner Mr Ajay Mehra बहुत ही honest इंसान है। He never suggests suppiments to boys jst for sake of money....... बस एक ही कमी नजर आई और वो है humidity.... यहाँ थोडा काम किया जा सकता है।

  It's a good gym for the beginners. Not so crowded and also not so expensive. About four to five hundred maximum. For other details contact to gym trainer.
