::Nice place for bird watchers. Its advisable to hire a toto from stand just outside station on platform 01 side. Charge is Rs 100 for one circular trip.

::nice place in winter. very good and appropriate place for migratory birds watching. the jheel is our pride though it is not taken care that much by the authority. the railings are broken, dustbins here and there.
