  Ice creams are good and the quantity of more. The bakery items are available at low cost. But the cakes doesn't have good taste

  We ordered a crunchy corn pizza that cost 120inr plus GST in total INR 126, We we're waiting for almost 45 mins and the reply from the counter was come tomorrow with the same bill we will provide you pizza next day, very worst service ever and the chef argued for about 15 mins to refund our money, and finally in the cashier counter again they argued for another 10 mins, In total it was around 1.10 hrs waste of time. If this continues no regular customer will return back! Will never come back to Saravana, even in small local joints they extend good courtesy and relationship with the customers.
