  Capsule lift is stuck on top floor since a very long time. Just 2 lifts for 9 floors with several offices & shops. Small lifts with liftman seated inside. Lifts not available before & after certain timings so one should be careful not to come very early or sit very late. Balcony railings dangerously low. On the positive site, it is a landmark beside Hotel Express Towers. Lot of shops below for a delightful shopping experience.
