  Lacks a professional attitude and technical skills. I went for repair of a sony camera worth 12k and was said the mother board needs replacement costing 5k. Later was said Lens needs replacement worth 6k. When I asked not to do the replacements was offered to do the repairing in 5k. Never received the bill for new motherboard replaced. Went with a Sony boom box repair and was said can't be repaired there. Are you kidding me - Sony product can't be repaired in Sony Service Center ? Would recommend visiting nearby repair shops in Bapujee Nagar. These guys loot in broad daylight and neither have attitude or technical skills.

  Good service center with quick response. I replaced my Sony extreme bass earphone.

  The guys working at the service centre are gud.They listen to your quires and issue and are very understanding

  quick and easy service request for any kind of repair. i got my power cable replacement within a few days.

  Service staff are so cordial. Well professionally handling customers. Customer lounge is so small.
