  Surroundings clean & neat . Staff are very respective . But problem is lift there are three lifts but sometimes they stop 1 lift when it was rush. I don't know what happened to they. Also eskavater was only one that is from up to down . There is no another , it is also problem . They told to don't use steps. Why they told that I don't know. But cinematic experience is excellent. Sound system was good.

  The cinemas and the sound system is superb.It has also free Wi-Fi and the policy of self cleaning. It makes it best. The prices are more here. Only one thing that bothers me is we cannot find the screen numbers. They will be qritten in small letter on a podium at each screen.

  Went to movie chalmohanranga in screen3. There is no ac and Unpleasant chemical odors from new furniture. Coming to canteen nothing is good sandwish popcorn and coke. Toilets looks good but you can't bear smell. Too much dust in parking area. Overall seems no proper management in all aspects.

  Visited this newly opened multiplex. Has decent ambience. Movie watching was fun with good experience. The recliners doesn’t have option to place your food trays. The biggest surprise for this multiplex was that after the movie ended when we try to exit and wanted to take the elevator to get down the staff objecting us and asking us to take stairs. This was horrible and didn’t expected this for a multiplex which just opened recently and not allowing people to take elevators for going down....

  Theatres are good. but only three lifts and they are crowded. In theatre ac is not upto satisfaction. Overall average experience.
