  Speaking about the experience. This hotel clearly misses on customer experience, not worth of rating 4 stars. It took team 30 minutes to get spoon on dinner table upon request. When asked for an extra hand wipe team replied they are running with full occupancy. Serious disconnect between management and ground force. Not worth of tagline ”Do More”.

  No maintenance, less staffing and they will take ages to provide service. Even I never felt it is a 4 Star hotel. I stayed almost all levels of hotels but this is worst in service and maintenance. They have very good view and facilities but lot of things need to improve. We booked 5 rooms and buffet for 15 people no one take care of people when there is no food in buffet. Need to tell 10 times to get a spoon and they will give you soup spoon to eat food (it happened twice). I am giving at least these stars because of food taste. We are still here and I will share full experience soon.

  Went for dinner today with family. Restaurant was busy, still service and food quality was good. Appreciate the manager Rakesh and his staff. Will definitely visit next time.

  I would recommend this restaurant. The service was very good. Staff, spree is an adorable blond, very personable and very efficient.Food was very good, price was fair. The restaurant itself is ok, nothing special Taken care specially with offer. It was good. I recommend it.

  I was with my family to attend a wedding, we had informed the front desk about our number of occupancy and arrival timings. Everything was properly arranged for us welcome drink with wet tissue paper, welcome letter which helped us to understand our inclusion, a lady took us to our room and while going to the room she explained us about the hotel facilities and other option available at the hotel. Net & clear room, good food with huge spread at restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel.
