  - Too much customers due to single branch nearby 3 km. SBI staff is not equipped or trained to handle the load. - Approach of SBI staff towards services is also not well. Still they are in government culture. The staff is overloaded so not responding to queries of customers. - I am bound to have my A/c in SBI and nearby only this branch is available that is the reason i have opened the account. - I would be happy to shift to other branch which is focused to better service to all client services.
