  Hi, I Run a Car Service Station @ Kempegowda International Airport Road by the name SPLASH CAR SPA. I was very new to service industry. When i planned to start, i directly mailed to ATS Elgi company which the headquarters is in Coimbatore to get an idea about the machinery products. Then finally replied back telling that SUN MARKETING CO from bangalore is the direct dealer for ATS ELGI and they will help me in all the ways. Finally we called SUN MARKETING CO and took an appointment to meet Mr. Nagesh Head - Business Operations of the company. The discussion went smooth and we also told him that we are very new to this industry and requested to help by giving the best Machine to operate. They provided us : 1.ATS Elgi Air Compressor of 7.5 HP 2. ATS Elgi Vehicle Washer of 3 HP 3. ATS Elgi Wheeler Platform of 3.2 Ton 4. Sun Tech Foam Generator 5. Professional Wet & Dry Vaccum Cleaner Dulevac 30S It's been since six months which i have started using this machines ATS ELGI products are really good and till now i don't have any complaint about ATS ELGI machines but, Sun Tech Foam Generator & Professional Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner Dulevac 30S are the cheapest product what SUN MARKETING COmpany are selling it to their customers. Till as on date Sun Tech Foam Generator has been repaired 06 times but, still the problem has not been rectified & the ultimate product so called Professional Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner Dulevac 30S motor has been replaced 3 times and the accessories like the round brush and Plastic connector are very cheaper than any other vacuum cleaner. When i called personally Mr. Nagesh Head - Business Operations, to discuss about this cheap products. He don't even listen and he tells we don't give any guarantee to this products. My Question to Mr. Nagesh is when u have a brand called ATS ELGI, why do u sell or suggest this cheap products to the customers to buy? Customer's like me come to you on a trust basis. But, what do u give in returns when the customer is facing a problem from the products which they buyed from u. Dear All, I sincerely request you please think twice before buying this cheap products from Sun Marketing Co. Because never face a problem in the future like how i am suffering. ATS ELGI machines are the best, but before buying this Foam generator and Vacuum cleaner think twice or go with some other brand. It's is really sad to have a business relationship with SUN MARKETING CO especially with Mr. Nagesh - Head Operations. It's all a fake promises about this cheap products.
