::Very poor, 11 pm bus came by 1 am, they changed the bus but didn't inform. The bus number received in message is going to some other route. I never choose this travels anymore, rude staff behaviour, not attending calls...

::Very happy with their staff behaviour and timely departure and arrival, as mentioned. They gave a decent 10-15 mins loo break at a very decent location even at 2am. Bus was in top condition and could hardly feel the jumps and shakes. Very pleased with the journey, and definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

::People do come across worst and good experience. I read 2 reviews which might be their bad luck. I was having a good luck. I have traveled with lot more travels from Bangalore to other part of India. If you come across bad journey you do share, but think about service provider not everyone want to cheat. There are incident which are not in one's hand. I am not praising any travel, just making a point. I Booked swamy ayyappa via redbus. I traveled from Madurai to Bangalore with my family and the service/travel was amazing. During night travel you will expect a sound sleep and that's what we had without any disturbance at all. Bus was clean and up-to the mark. We reached at time non-stop.
