  I have been the member of browser library for past 3 years. I do agree that they don't have required books that you want but they always make it available. They have a very positive staff and really like their collection.

  I took membership in April. I've only been able to borrow four books from them and I had to wait for months to get each of those. Their collection has become abysmal. They keep only one copy of each book and that is always issued. They don't even have half the books. They tell you they will order the books but it takes months and months for them to get them. Even the lowest membership costs 3500 rupees. At the time of taking membership they told me they have all the books I enquired about but after getting my card turned out they didn't have those even in the bookstore section. Even on the first day I went empty handed. I feel my money was wasted.

  Small library but have all the books I needed. Love it

  Browser is a small library which have nice collection of Indian and foreign authors. Home delivery offer makes it unique and convenient. It also includes a book store and a DVD library. Not really economical but has the luxury of a cafe and a cosy sitting area.

  Very inefficinet. Once you book a DVD or novel it takes atleast 3 weeks for them to give it.The staff makes no effort to get it back from the person who has borrowed it. Thay simply state that"the person is not picking up their phone." This is also not a one time thing. Everytime you book something the same thing is repeated.What is the use of the membership is you cannot get the DVD or book.
