  The hotel itself is fairly basic and only has the sort of facilities you would expect in a two or three star hotel. When I travel I’m normally on quite a tight budget and I can’t afford hotels which have swimming pools and health spas and that sort of thing. In any event I prefer to spend my time out exploring the place where I’m visiting and not just staying in to eat at the hotel restaurant. So the imperial palace does have the basics like wifi, a lift and room service and a little cafe where you can have breakfast and a coffee but it’s nothing special as I was saying.

  Nice and polite staff with good service. And food is also delicious. And all shops in hotel is nice. Nice location and good parking area.

  Quality hotel with a great restaurant. Good food good service. Large restaurant that can get busy so booking is a must. There is a good choice of food here for everyone. Modern atmosphere with food lighting.

  One of the best restaurants in the city! Great food and pretty good ambiance along with excellent service. It’s what you expect from a 3 star hotel standard. Highly recommended if you’re looking to eat good food no matter what cuisine.

  The restaurant was used recently for having food and drinks. The restaurant and coffee shop work 24x7. It has been recently facelifted and renovated. The ambience is very good now and they have provisions for small dinner cum meeting conference rooms on the ground floor besides the new coffee shop space. They have a very good food quality while the quantity can improve a bit. The food has a regular use of artificial essence in items which use sauces like chocolate or cream, which usually cause throat infection and that can seriously be avoided and better quality sauces can be used. The food otherwise is of best quality. Also they provide discount for take home services. The hotel has an allied in-house bakery and that is extremely good. The breads and pastries etc are all good. It is a luxurious hotel and the best thing about is that it is a pure vegetarian luxury hotel. We can surely be proud about that being Indians.
